Guacamole Hot Dogs recipe
Use cheddar dogs in this recipe to make it extra delicious. The cold guacamole is a great contrast to a piping hot dog. Serves 6.
Ingredients:
- 6 cheddar dogs
- Half recipe "Best Guacamole"
- 6 hot dog buns
- Mustard and needed
Directions:
In a large skillet heat the hot dogs until very hot and browned.
Heat the buns in the oven until warm. Slather with mustard.
Place the hot dogs in the bun and top with guacamole.
Serve with tortilla chips or beans and rice.
